The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning and heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. You also have access to a private parking space in the underground car park, and the building has a lift. The entire apartment is exclusively yours during your stay. A personal check-in is provided on arrival, where you will receive all the information you need for a pleasant stay. To maintain a peaceful and pleasant environment for all guests: parties, smoking and pets are not permitted.
Good to know
Solaris is a new residential community that is still being completed and developed. As a result, occasional minor maintenance or finishing work may still take place within the complex. In addition, a new residential development is currently being built next to Solaris, so guests may occasionally experience some daytime noise from construction traffic and machinery. The availability of the communal swimming pool may occasionally be affected by factors such as permits, drought restrictions or other government regulations.
